Jimboo, LLC ("We") guarantee our products, in their original manufactured condition, to be free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, dimension and grading. The purchaser ("You") assume all responsibility for final inspection of product quality which, absent extraordinary circumstances, shall occur within 10 days of delivery and prior to installation. Minor defects (less than 1% of any order), while not common, do occur occasionally and are not covered by this warranty. We cannot accept responsibility for, and this warranty does not extend to, failures resulting from or associated with sub-surface or job-site environment deficiencies. Additionally, you have the final responsibility as to grade, manufacture, finish, as well as for installation of any clearly defective product. The installer must use reasonable selectivity and hold out or cut off places with visible defects, whatever the cause. Should an individual piece be doubtful or unacceptable, the installer should not use the piece.

This warranty shall not cover damages caused by negligence, cigarette burns, water, erosion, chewing gum, wax, insects, spiked heel shoes , wear and tear or failure to follow the entire manufacturer's maintenance and care or installation instructions. Applying any other finish over the factory finish voids the warranty on the finish. The sole remedy under this warranty shall be, at our option (which shall be exercised in our sole and absolute discretion), repair, refinishing , replacement, or a refund (in exchange for a return of the product, packed in its original condition). This warranty shall expire two years from the original date of purchase. Bamboo flooring is a product of nature and therefore, there may be variations of color, grain or texture which shall not be considered defects hereunder.
